Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using SheetAlert ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. The Service

SheetAlert monitors Google Sheets you connect and sends alerts to notification channels you configure when your defined conditions are met. The Service is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, alert delivery timing, or uninterrupted access.

3. Your account

  • You must sign in with a valid Google account to use SheetAlert.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must only connect sheets you have permission to access.
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Payments and plans

SheetAlert offers a free plan and paid plans billed monthly via Stripe. Paid plans renew automatically. You may cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Plan limits

Each plan has limits on the number of sheets, rules, polling frequency, and notification channels. If you exceed free plan limits, features will be restricted until you upgrade. We reserve the right to adjust plan limits with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to monitor sheets you do not have permission to access.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
  • Use the Service in any way that violates Google's Terms of Service.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@sheetalert.com.

8. Limitation of liability

SheetAlert is not liable for missed alerts, delayed notifications, data loss, or any damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
